The Fishkind & Bakewell Eye Care and Surgery Center is a comprehensive vision care facility dedicated to the philosophy of providing the finest quality personal care to every patient. The center has served patients of all ages from Tucson and throughout Southern Arizona for nearly 20 years. The Fishkind & Bakewell Eye Care and Surgery Center is headed by William J. Fishkind, M.D., FACS, and Brock K. Bakewell, M.D., FACS, both board certified Diplomates of the American Board of Ophthalmology. The staff of doctors also includes Cathryn Cohen, M.D., Dawn H. Messer, O.D., and Stewart G. Mecom, O.D. The main Fishkind & Bakewell center offers complete ophthalmology services, a Medicare-certified out-patient surgery suite, and an optical store featuring fashion eyewear. Two satellite offices provide primary eye care, optical services and eyewear selections. Refractive laser surgery is performed at the state-of-the-art Arizona Eye Laser Center.
